Staff was friendly and helpful It was run down, small rooms and bathrooms, and looked nicer on the website

Only gripe - our room had a very noisy aircon unit (room 102) Asked for it to be fixed. Fix lasted only 1 day and then slowly downhill. Was oud enough to imp0act sleep

This what let it down was air con not working in scorching heat.

A practical hotel with all basics you need to a reasonable price. It is a bit offside in an old quarter with inhabitants with Indian and Pakistanian ethnic background. Authentic local restaurants with locals clientel with good and spicy food. Nearly no tourists what I saw. Good commuter train connections to central London. Not so many commuter trains to this neighbourhood in the middle of the night.

A bedside lamp would have made the room perfect. Had to use the bathroom light for softer light just before sleep.

Good clean place to stay for one night Room very small not like shown in photos with double bed pushed against a wall and air con was very loud.

Location was good for London stadium, buses run every few minutes. We had a very small double but still was all we needed clean and most importantly lovely air con which was so needed in the heat! Great value for money breakfast. Room was just a little small

Coffee was good Staff was helpful House keeping was also good. It is just that the size of a room for one double bed was quite small. very little space to move and put my stuff.

The location of the hotel is convenient next to romford road and clean in general.

The property is located near Stratford and it's very accessible for people wanting to go around East London and nearby areas like Canary Wharf. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast is 5 pounds but is worth the price to pay for a full English breakfast. Definitely recommend.

Superb stay friendly and helping staff

Lovely welcoming staff. Lovely, clean, modern room perfect for my one night stay. Comfy bed. Quiet because very considerately given choice to be at the back of the property away from the road. Free tea and coffee, water and juice on tap in the breakfast area. I didn't have it or see what it looked like but breakfast for £5 is extremely cheap in London!! Fine for me as a fit and well, confident person, however, bit of a walk from the nearest station. Wouldn't have liked to have done it in the dark. Wouldn't have liked to have done it in the dark. There are buses available though and a taxi would be cheap.

Would not expect for such a decent price, to be such a nice hotel! Well done
