Room was very nice. The restaurant is excellent. We enjoyed daily breakfast and one fine dinner. The staff was amazing. Shifaz was outstanding and attended with enthusiasm with every request. As a boutique hotel, it gives you a very old school fine club feeling.

This is the third time we have stayed at L'Oscar Hotel and we were not disappointed. All the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Florencia and Javor at reception, and Tony, the Concierge were the people who we had most dealings with and they were so helpful to us during our short stay. However, I would also like to say that all the other staff who we came across and who helped us at the bar, in the breakfast room as well as the bedroom staff were so polite, friendly and helpful. All in all our overnight stay was incredibly enjoyable. L'Oscar Hotel is our favourite in London. Thank you so much. There is nothing that we didn't like. We love this hotel and will always stay here as a treat or when coming up to London to see a show.

Very comfortable beds. We really liked the birds in the decor concept. Large and good structured bathroom. Service inconsistent. Most times very good, but somtimes with deficits. But really negative was a sudden 5% service charge on the room rate on the final bill .... typical tourist "ambush" .... this kind of creativity is a No-Go for me and a reason not to return also including other hotels of the group.
