The location is great--an easy walk to one Tube stop and not far from a few others, making getting around very easy. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The wine and cheese evenings on Tuesday and Saturday nights are a nice idea. Room facilities are all very modern. Rooms are TINY (and I lived in Japan); I can't imagine 2 people sharing even a queen bed room without feeling like you'd be on top of each other all the time. The rooms are also not made for doing any remote work, with no desk or chair, just a cushioned stool under the nightstand table, with barely enough room to put a laptop if you need to sit and do work. I typically saw guests camped in the cafe/lobby area working on their laptops probably because of this--as well as seeing some staff doing accounting work there at times--so maybe their backroom office spaces are similarly cramped.

Great hotel, very conveniently located for both walking in Central London and public transport with both the tube and bus services at the door. The staff were excellent, absolutely lovely and friendly. Very helpful. Room was spotless, great breakfast.

Location was great; central to a lot of tourist destinations while still feeling safe. The room was incredibly small, we had to sit on the floor at times because there was no where to sit besides the bed. The bathroom was also not ideal, as the frosted glass was quite see through and there was not much privacy.

Location - nearest available room to my workplace Breakfast - standard options for any hotel - nothing special. Room. TINY. Smallest Ive ever seen or stayed in. I put the ironing board up and couldn't get to the bathroom as the board took up the only free space in the room. Shower leaked across the room floor and as there was nowhere to put any of my belongings except on the floor - they got wet. Toilet seat was loose. Everything just looked and felt really cheap.

Good location for central London attractions. Reasonable pricing for London, but very small rooms. Suitable for short term stay.

Good location, friendly staff and good breakfast. Rooms were very small, no space to move around or set clothing out. Only four coat hangers to hang clothing. Toilet and shower very compact.

I loved the location, it was perfect! Also leaving the bags there for the day before check in was fabulous! The staff were all polite and friendly. We were offered a complimentary breakfast due to the issue with the A/C. They also provided a fan. The A/C didnt work in our room. I called at half 10 and despite the reception staff trying and then resetting the main board it still didn't work. It was red hot. The bed sheets had marks on and the shelf in the bathroom look water stained.

Location was great. Room compact. Great tv on the wall at the end of the bed. Great selection for teas and coffees. Room very warm and tried the Air con and it was on but not very powerful. Very warm in our room which was very uncomfortable. The Mattress was hard.

Location was excellent. Staff wasn’t really helpful with information.
