Love the lobby / bar area -- not all hotel guests, but adds to the vibe/energy of the place. Staff were fantastic and attentive -- noticed I was having a rough day so offered me some drinks on the house. Room spotless on check-in. I found the in-house dining team slightly rude.

The location is great the staff are pleasant and the bar has great cocktails and food. Sophie was a great host, very pleasant and guided us on the hotel and activities in London

Friendly staff and a great location.Very dog friendly, all the staff made a fuss with my dog Diner and breakfast which was good value.

I loved the location, so easy to walk anywhere in central London or to catch a bus or tube ride. The restaurant was so overpriced and not worth the money. Coming from far away, I didn’t want to spend time searching for a place to eat and headed to the restaurant but the options were all overpriced and disappointing, both for dinner and for breakfast. I also had a hard time opening my suitcase in the room, it was so small, not easy to move around. And the wait for the elevator was so annoying. They only had one working and there was always tons of people in line…

Wonderful lounge downstairs, nice restaurant, bar. Excellent air conditioning on hot days. Comfortable bed, love that the bed was positioned to look out the windows. Excellent location, friendly and personable staff. Restaurant provides reasonably priced à la carte breakfast, and there are other breakfast options within walking distance. The only thing I would change is that our room, probably the smallest, did not have anything to place suitcases on. So we had to open them up on the floor.

We were very kindly upgraded and given two free drinks to redeem at the bar. Check-in was lovely, thanks to Sophie, and the hand-written note was a lovely touch. The bed was so so comfortable and we’d definitely stay again. We visited in a heatwave and were so grateful for the air con in our room. We loved the water and milk in the fridge. It was definitely a plus to have a fridge in our room, something that’s often missing from hotel rooms now. As I have to store medication in the fridge, it made our trip less stressful. It was so easy for us to request a black cab to get back to the station, and the location was great for a trip to the theatre. Nothing major comes to mind.

Fabulous location and lovely room (our Cosy Double was perfect for our short stay). Friendly and Efficient Check in and Departure, special mention for Sophie and her Sunny Disposition. Great choice of Breakfast in their Rondo Restaurant. All in all highly recommended. Price on the high side but to be expected in Central London and probably returns value for money in the market place.

A small room, not comfortable. I wouldn't stay there again; the price is disproportionate. Location
