This is student accommodation so it is basic and you share the bathroom and shower. The breakfast is very good as is the service. Most important you are in central London and minutes away from many of London'd main attractions. Its student accommodation in term time - so do not expect a hotel. It is fantastic value - plainly you would like a swimming pool, bar, terrace etc but you are not paying for that.

The location is perfect for us but breakfast time was like a cattle market so we didn't bother. This is student accommodation and perfectly suitable for that but not suitable for a couple with a daughter with learning difficulties and special needs plus an 82 year old lady. I tried many time to ask for a room with ensuite, which were apparently available at one point, but to make the booking was almost impossible which was how it turned out. Having to use a tiny shared toilet was very difficult.

pricing was decent but given what happened, we didn't actually get to stay. The location would have been ideal as well, I guess they acknowledged their mistake. We booked this in but apparently they overbooked and use this location for students as well. As there was some overlap with an event they required the room for, literally a day before our stay, they reached out to us to advise us that we can't stay the entire time we had already booked and paid for... As it would be too inconvenient to stay here, then relocate to somwhere else, we were forced to request a refund for the entire stay. The short time frame and double booking was very unprofessional and inconvenienced us lots as we had to desperately find somewhere else to stay a day before our arrival.

Great location and value for money I left my trainers and jacket in the wardrobe in the room and only one cleaner went in after claimed they wasn't there . I sent emails to mangerment and still didn't get a reply

The breakfast Windows cannot be opened much, hence the room can be stuffy and hot in the summer

My shower leaked the entire time I was there (4 days) and it was not fixed. The breakfast line every morning was 15+ minutes wait time. But the food was Ok.

Great location right in the heart of London, yet on a quiet and safe street. The room was simple but comfortable, with everything I needed. Lovely breakfast and very friendly, professional staff. The only downside is that the showers don’t have a handheld shower head, so it’s impossible to wash without getting completely soaked from head to toe. Also, during cleaning, the staff don’t seem to check under the foldable furniture, so you might occasionally find small “greetings” left by previous guests.
