The location was perfect, as I had booked to see a West End show. It is beautifully decorated with stunning attention to detail. My room was clean, well looked after and as a solo traveller I felt safe and looked after by the whole team who were wonderfully kind and attentive. I’m so glad I booked this hotel and will most definitely be returning I have nothing negative to say about this gorgeous hotel

Stunning and incredible design, authentic and amazing. Healthy food. Fascinating historical building. Exceptional attic suit. A bit small, plenty of stairs, some pieces of furniture are rather beautiful than comfortable. Extra beds for kids were very uncomfortable (bad mattress).
