Great location and facilities!

The staff were always on hand to help and the location was excellent. The room was gloomy (not romantic) and the air conditioning is a joke. The breakfast is an express continental and is appalling value. Go to one of the many coffee shops in the area instead. Although I admire what the hotel is trying to achieve it falls short on customer comfort. Overall this is not a 5 star hotel.

the stuff were nice and welcoming. big room and spacious that is rarely in this area at that price. most of the rooms in other hotel are tiny for the same price. cool soundbar and surrounding for music in the room. no noise cancellation at the windows, it was hard to sleep. we heard everything going on the street, and the door of the building going so much noise every time it closed. and the lights in the room isn't enough for the day. charging 5% for daily cleaning that's supposed to be a standard in a 5 star hotel and not supposed to cost more,

Location was great, staff was understating and lovely It really does have an amazing location, but other than that it’s not worth the money. I reserved for one with a balcony and city view. Yet my view was a small passage lane and a building. I paid for that hotel based on a false information

Breakfast was delicious. The room was great with a view overlooking some great alley for people watching. Location was great for any food or shops we wanted to go to.

If I had to pick anything. We didn't care for LCD panels for the lights. They were a bit weird and hard to understand.

Location, size of room, bar was great and music in the room was good Only basic toiletries, no vanity packs, extra loo rolls and was expected pay for everything even small bottles of water and coffee pods. Had to call housekeeping for anything
