Very good location and friendly staff. Very very small rooms. Do not book if you are tall

Location location location The only “window” was an window the size of a sheet of writing paper in the bathroom. It “overlooked” the exterior staircase. No window in the room. Felt like a basement. —> definitely ask for a window towards street, as these are rooms with “real windows”. The hallway leading up to the room (220-224) smelled bad - like there was a moist problem with the walls or carpet. Bed comfy but not tall enough. If you’re 1m85 and taller, your feet touch the wall.

Couldn’t beat the location, it was a minutes walk to 3 different theatres, all West End shows. Staff were so friendly too! N/A

Very boutique. And in a great location We stayed on a Friday night and it was very noisy despite the double glazing!
-
The location The aircon didn’t work in my windowless room - which was not fun. And there was drilling all morning in adjacent rooms.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable, great shower and big TV and comfy bed. For a one night stay for a work trip the value was very good indeed. Cannot fault the room itself at all. I would definitely book again. My only criticism and it is not really the hotels fault, but the street noise is extremely loud. I would stay again but I would pack some good noise cancelling ear plugs if you want a good sleep.
