the staff was great. The night manager Jude made sure that my 80th birthday went off well. he was wonderful. The breakfast could feed an army. everything was fine. location allowed us to all to many different areas. great if you want to see shows.

Great location. Clean and modern reception areas and rooms. Bedroom was renovated recently, small but perfectly formed. Lovely, varied breakfast The bathroom was REALLY small, not ideal but not a problem overall

Location perfect, room perfect, would have been nice to have a view of the street but can’t have it all. The staff were amazing Room too hot, we couldn’t work out the thermostat, instructions in room would be an idea. Every time we walked passed reception we didn’t think about it

Brilliant location, Staff were super friendly & very helpful Beds wasn’t very comfortable, I got woken up in the middle of the night to banging on my wall.
