Great location Super comfortable bed Clean rooms and unique design Had an issue with the room upon arrival, Rimel from the reception was super helpful, fixed the issue and even provided a room upgrade

Loved the decor and bar area/reception was very welcoming with complimentary water and a good concierge. Bed was comfy. Location is fab. Nice touch for The complimentary sweets and popcorn were nice touch. Room could have been cleaner. Dust along top of the headboard showed room hasn’t been cleaned properly. Didn’t have our complementary shaving, dental kit etc until day two must have forgotten to refill before we checked in. Tiles missing on bathroom floor not very comfy on the feet. Bathroom small; have to manoeuvre round the door awkwardly. Had to ring for English breakfast teabags in the morning has not replaced and it took an hour to bring to our room.
