Only enough supply for 2 cups of tea, when you check in the afternoon would expect enough supplied for the 2 day stay for 2 people

Can hear the underground trains. Junior Suite advertised as top floor but was in the basement.

The location was great and the room was comfortable and spacious. Check-in was long and issue with keys. Unable to use lift or access room. Staff were not very helpful and at breakfast there was no assistance or explanation of what was available etc.

Very good location with friendly staff. We were upgraded to a luxury king room which sounded great until we found we were below ground - the room was well set up but our ‘view’ was a close up of a white wall. Had we been staying for more than one night - and not been so tired - I would have not been happy to stay there. Not sure how this could be seen as a luxury… We wanted a quick dinner but the menu was quite limited - food itself was fine. Breakfast buffet was quite good.

Free cookie on arrival at check in! Location was good. Breakfast was decent although we hadn't planned to eat there, having booked somewhere else. Distance to the room was quite a trek, but nothing we couldn't manage. Those with mobility issues may wish to request a room not so far away.

Great location, room was pleasant although makeup area a bit tight, nice and clean, fresh towels and warm cookies provided. Plug sockets next to bed and TV in room allowed access to apps which was great. Some elements of room looking a bit tired, lifts very small
