Great location and stunning rooftop bar I had raised an issue with the staff about my details being involved in a data leak and that I had contacted the hotel through booking.com but had received no response even after 2 months of contacting them. There was no real apology and they advised that someone should have been in contact with me. I have worked in the hotel industry and even a complementary drink to apologise would would have sufficed but there was nothing and we were even told that we may not be able to sit at our table that we had booked in the rooftop bar as we had to amend our booking by 30 minutes even though we were hotel guests! We also attempted to have drinks ordered to the room on our 3rd night. We asked reception if we could do this and they said room service was not available until 5pm and we could go to the bar and order these to take to our room. We went to the bar and were told me could easily order these to our room and told us the contact number. We text the number to order drinks and 5 days later still no drinks or a response ! We had a concert that night so we gave up. After returning home I have discovered I have left 1 heel in the hotel room and nobody has been in contact with me to notify me or ask whether I would like to make arrangements to have this sent to me. Very poor service.
