Great location, excellent staff No place to put your clothes.

Good location. Great staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was the same food every day! The shower was not designed well. Bathroom floor kept flooding from shower splatter. No phone to contact front desk. No fridge. Pillows were lumpy!

Very convenient to Covent Gardens and underground

The bed was comfy and the shower was very good The shower and toilet were right in the room with glass walls and the sink was also in the room with no storage for toiletries. Water got on the floor each time I showered.

Fabulous location. Always someone front desk. Excellent breakfast buffet Restaurant was closed. Small rooms. Floors look really scratched. Had to ask for service of room twice. No phone in room to call desk

I love Amano Covent Garden and have stayed there multiple times throughout the year. I just wish they had a loyalty program. I always recommend it to friends and family because it’s a great hotel overall, and the location can’t be beat! The Wi‑Fi and A/C in the room could be a bit better. I also wish there weren’t carpet in the hallways leading to the rooms, as it makes it difficult to roll larger bags. Other than these minor issues, I enjoy staying here a lot.

Breakfast was excellent. Wide variety of foods and excellent scrambled eggs. Easily the best thing about the hotel. The room fixtures and decor, poor storage space, hard, unpleasant surfaces.

Location was fabulous. Very clean and well kept. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was small.

The location to the theatre and shopping was great. Front desk reception staff were very helpful. Rooftop bar was nice, staff friendliness was okay. Breakfast provided was not great. Need more options and friendlier staff.

1. The digital key: When I tapped it to enter, it worked slower than a physical card, and sometimes it didn't work, especially in the third and the fourth days while I was staying there. 2. The temperature controlling panel was often unresponsive. 3. I don't like the layout of the split bathroom, especially the toilet with glass walls near my bed. 4. I wish there was a small shower caddy or a shelf mounted on the wall to hold extra bottles, such as hair conditioner or hair treatment product, in the shower room. That really bothered me. 5. The swith of the desk lamp didn't work sometimes in the last two days of my stay. 6. The room cleaning options on the tablet were too limiting, only "Yes" and "No". I stayed 4 nights, not one or two nights. Once I chose the option "Yes" on it, I realized there weren't the selections of which day I wished for room cleaning services, and I couldn't go back to the last step to modify my choice. That was quite surprising for me because of my previous experiences of staying other technological-improved hotels in other countries, I thought that kind of flexible options was normal. Since this was the first time I stayed in this kind of hotel in UK, I wasn't sure this was the normal way or an exception at your hotel.

Actually it is the same for many London hotels but the rooms are small, although we booked a larger room was still small for 2 people with luggages but the room size was already mentioned during the booking so not a big deal

The bedroom was a bit small
-
Little loud on the floor just below the rooftop bar. Other than that it was a great stay.
