The hotel is beautiful and stylish; the staff were all very friendly. It is in a great location and is dog-friendly. We had a great few days. The only negative was breakfast. I had a full English, and my partner had an omelette, neither of which was great, the food was lukewarm, most of the full English did not seem freshly cooked, the omelette was overcooked.

Everything was wonderful. We had a lovely welcome and the staff were charming especially Chaymaa. We were given time and patience throughout and made to feel special. We would definitely go back. Everything

Location Rooftop Bar manger ruined our stay with his childish behavior and unnecessary comment he made to one of our party. The Hotel Duty manger was no help in resolving the issue and they all closed ranks on us and made us feel we were in the wrong. Then they have the audacity to add a massive service charge to our bill for food and drinks in the bar and on each room, knowing that our stay was ruined by this man.

Location Bed was to low to floor for me, really didn't sleep well, Rooftop bar was taken over by what looked like underage teenagers. The Staff let them connect to the sound system via Bluetooth and they started playing horrendous music while all signing along at the top of their voices. Ruined the evening

Staff are friendly in particular Maria Breakfast wasn’t great and requested a slightly early check in and was charged £90. At no point during the discussions prior to arriving was any mention of a cost to check in earlier

Very central Housekeeping staff need improving - our room was not cleaned the first day, called down to reception in the afternoon to ask if our room could be done, we then returned that evening to find our room still hadn’t been touched. Rooms looked rushed, beds lumpy and cushions thrown on, fingerprints all over the bathroom, the toiletries they provided were half empty when we checked In and never topped up throughout the duration of our stay. The hotel did not have chamomile tea, but the joining restaurant STK did, we asked reception if they could please organize and she said no, so my partner would go through to restaurant each night and ask and they provided. Its little touches like that staying at a 5stsr establishment hotel should accommodate these small things. We stayed on second floor and was v noisy from music below and traffic.

Location, location, location. London is a walkable city anyways, but this property is convenient to everything. You’d wanna see as a tourist. Additionally, its contemporary decor was inviting and hip. Concierge‘s team was top notch. If something in London is possible to do or see, Alma and Avi can make it happen for you! If I have to nitpick, the beds were a little hard, but not so hard that I wouldn’t stay there again

we were lucky to spend the night in a suite, such as beautiful room, decorated very nicely, great views from the balcony. we were very well looked after by the staff, who are extremely helpful and friendly

Location is ok. Staff under trained, reception on check-in tried to upsell us a suite when we arrived , when we said no we want what we booked for, she gave us an accessible room ! Without even saying anything , suddenly we found a weird bathroom. Manager rectified the same the next day ! One day taken from 8 despite us not requesting for such a room. Radio rooftop lame , terrible staff and managers - its like their doing u a favor to provide service that ur paying top pound for . Then they expect 5% on checkout as gratuity ! Lol . Lame excuse of a hotel - clearly lacks standards.
