Good location, heaps of cafes and restaurants around the corner in Covent Garden There are lots of additional charges not included in the original price I.e. leaving bags in storage for few hours on the day of departure- I consider this to be a standard service in a hotel of this kind but instead I had to pay another fee of 20£ on top of other service charges not included in the price (just after booking). I’d rather just know what is the full price than being surprised at every corner of the additional fee… it cost me 10% more than I originally agreed to pay for when booking. Misleading tactics. Not cool.

Our room was set up for Disabled access and we felt as if we stayed in a hospital ward for the duration of our stay

Loved the room and great amenities provided - everything you could need, super clean. Staff were all lovely and even provided some bubbles and cheesecake for a birthday celebration. Would absolutely stay again Nothing
