Location. Very central I went to celebrate my birthday which I informed the hotel of this previous to stay. I expected some token as it was an occasion but alas the t didn’t happen. The ya the first hotel I stayed in on my birthday that didn’t give me a bottle of wine or make some sort of gesture. Very unusual in my experience. I also expected slippers and a gown for the price in the room but there was none.

The quality of the breakfast food The bathroom is too small and uncomfortable Slippers are not on the room while carpet is Gym is at -1 level Breakfast you cannot pick the cooked food yourself, you need to wait for the cook Coffee quality is low

Location. Very quiet for such a street. The doormen are fantastic! Kids loved them!! Some staff are not quite clear that this is a hospitality service.

The location was amazing, the room was really cozy and well cleaned, the staff were very nice. I didn't really like the breakfast, except the waffles they were tasty, but that might have been my bad.

Guest services staff incredibly helpful.and patient. Very large hotel well situated and very comfortable. Lift on checkout. Very full and very slow. Was on a lower floor and had to get to train. Took 20minsbefore someone got out of lift and walked down stairs so I could go down with cases. And no, you couldn't do the trick of 'ride up to go down' . It didn't stop on way up. Was the only negative.

Loved your doorman with the top hat!! He was so welcoming!! Difficult to open our luggage in the room

Cleanliness , location I booked a superior although not sure what the superior was as it was quite small and thought that £270 for a small room without breakfast was expensive

Location is hard to beat Check in was not smooth. Rather irritating receptionist. The luggage rooms are at the bottom of stairs with no one to help, silly really since side entrance has a ramp specifically for wheels. Gym had no water available. There was a dispenser with no water tank. TV in room wasn't working.
