The first night there was a small gift in the room to welcome us and congratulate us on our anniversary. We had a lovely room but some building mechanical issues made noise throughout the night and needed repair. We spoke next morning to the staff and without hesitation they moved us to a spectacular room on an upper floor. The were friendly and very focused on our experience. The gym facilities are terrific. The location is excellent if you want to be in the heart of the West End.

I love the bedrooms - timeless elegance with very comfy beds. Feel very at home. Breakfast is overpriced for what it is.

Location is perfect, breakfast is amazing, staff is professional. Room i was placed did not match the pictures on booking, it faced the crowded and loud at night street looking at Wellington pub. Room was very small and uncomfortable so we asked to change it, only the next evening we were relocated. Our new room was great and matched the booking pictures. We also got charged for room services for the each night and we were not informed about it prior. The sad part is we were charged for the first night we didn't check-in yet due to flight delays. Management could have made a gesture or compliment us somehow but never did.

Excellent location. Clean and well maintained room. Spa facilities were very good We knew room price was more expensive but addition of service charge and had to pay for breakfast extra. Breakfast seemed unnecessarily expensive.

we arrived and the staff were fabulous, gave us some tea while we waited for our room - we went to use the pool which was lovely and peaceful, very clean great products towels etc. we were upgraded as it was my husband's 50th and the staff could not have been kinder or more helpful - every part of our stay exceeded expectations! nothing!

From stepping through the entrance on day of arrival to stepping out on day of departure we experienced some of the best customer service and care. The hotel is modern has a lovely bar area or a quiet library for hotel guests. There is a restaurant and spa facilities making it perfect for a city break. Truthfully I can’t think of a single thing. Would the bar area get really busy in high season would be my only question as it’s in a great location for theatre goers or a business meeting.
