Room 635 was spacious and comfortable and not too far from the lift. The window was only small but didn't bother us. The breakfast was very good and in a very pleasant room. No complaints from us

The room was basic but clean however the location was great We paid to use the "executive lounge", which looked tired, and very poorly staffed. The food was of average quality and not a great deal of choice

This is a great hotel to stay at, staff are very friendly, the rooms are lovely, the bed is very comfortable, the location is great, we went to see a show just next door and we had a great time. Thank you. Not sure how you could improve the service you give.

Room excellent and comfortable. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Food at the pop up restaurant was fantastic. Booking.com failing to communicate to the hotel that we had changed the dates of our reservation. The hotel were excellent in rectifying the situation.
