I liked the location. The staff were very friendly. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Well, I really liked everything. The only thing that I might criticize is that the decor was slightly dated. I have been assured by the manager that they are updating a lot of of the rooms soon. So there’s nothing I can say that I didn’t like.

The location was great. The AC was excellent. The bathroom was very nice. The hotel is small, the room, the halls, the lobby. It feels a little cramped.

Great central location, lovely room, very comfortable bed and working air con. Really friendly lady in reception very kindly showed us to our room, couldn’t fault anything .

Quiet room, excellent air conditioning during a heat wave. The staff were wonderful! Friendly and went out of their way to help. The room and bathroom were perfect for one person. The nearest tube station would have been fine except that I was not feeling my best and it was horrendously hot the week I was there. So walking to the tube station was a little too long a walk. Not the hotel's fault, just warning people with mobility issues. I only ate breakfast once. After that I walked 3 blocks to a very good place (Fait Maison) for a cheaper, better breakfast. Also a big downer for me: the hotel does not serve brewed decaffeinated coffee. I get heart palpitations from caffeinated coffee and don't like the taste of instant. That is the main reason I went to the restaurant: good decaf.

Smart, up-market and quiet location in West Kensington. Lovely varied continental breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Air-conditioning left on all day for us, so cool room after outside temperature above 30 C. Bathroom sink plug became jammed.

Very friendly helpful staff. Room was a little dated, but I would still recommend the hotel and would stay there again

Good location, comfy beds, and clean bathroom. Nicole (chief receptionist) was so friendly and helpful, she truly went above and beyond to arrange cabs and make us feel at home. Maid cleaned our room but forgot to give us any towels, so when I asked Miracle to send some up, she gave a major attitude, complete with eye rolling and sarcastic comments, which were in no short supply in practically every interaction with her. On our last night, we asked for 2 bottles of water and received a lecture from a man who I think was named David, about how he's lived his whole life drinking London tapwater and says he's healthy. Well, I wasn't afraid for my health but rather wanted to just reach over to drink water instead of making ten trips to refill the shot glass sized glasses in the room during the night. Then, when checking out at 5:15 a.m., he practically chased after me asking for payment of the two waters ( which should have been free to begin with like most hotels) even though my taxi was waiting and I was on my way to catch the Eurostar to Brussels. I told him he already had my credit card on file and to simply charge the two water bottles to that. With the exception of Nicole, the staff here is so rude and condescending that I would never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone.

The breakfast was great, a lot of effort and care was put into that. The location is very good and the rooms and beds are very comfortable. Upon arrival we realised we were staying in the so called "twin room", two separate beds, which looked great but was actually part of the 4th floor-attic. It was extremely hot and the air-condition was not on when we came in. The bathroom of this room seemed very old and not updated as the other bathrooms of the next room we got (superior room they call it). I would advise future customers to doublecheck what room they are getting and paying for. Even in the new room which was way better, which we got for a difference of 40 pounds per night, the shower drain in the bath/shower was slow, an experience I did not appreciate very much.

The location was great, very central. The rooms were clean and quiet. The AC was important! The tub/surround/fixtures etc was a bit dated - but for the price it was fine
