Good location, interior downstairs is gorgeous and lovely coffee area and garden. The sink in the downstairs didn’t drain, no mirror in upstairs bathroom, bathrooms weren’t very clean. No body wash in showers but 2 shampoos.

The actually hotel interior design is fabulous including the rooms downstairs lobby The garden bean bags were dirty and a mess, a staff member was sprawled across them at lunchtime snoring with no shoes on. The staff are all clueless rude and extremely slow service with a not bothered attitude. Drinks and food are all mediocre at best.

Excellent location close to transportation Earls court tube and Kensington High street tube perfect for walking bus stop out side the property. Cozy studio great art deco theme comfy bed great amenities food choices and comfy areas to sit staff very nice and helpful room was cleaned twice over our stay clean towels and trash removal offered when needed just ask at the desk some may find the hotel room bath room dated and tired but what can you expect this is an old building we had every thing we needed and more in our room excellent Air com:) Water was slow to warm up in the shower which in a heat wave was not to much of a problem except for conservation :(and bath tub was clogged which we reported to staff!

Beautiful common areas and lobby Bathrooms and carpet could do with an upgrade and the finishing were sub par

Stylish, modern and cool decor. The coffee shop was our favourite part of the hotel and the outdoor seating in the garden gave a nice break from busy city feel. Staff super friendly. The sheets weren’t comfortable and general cleanliness could have been better in the rooms, especially the bathroom.

Very convenient with the kitchen in the studio. Great garden, very quiet, great location.

I think the property has an excellent location, and the bones of the hotel are great. Therenis a lot of potential. This is one of the filthiest hotels i have ever stayed at. Cobwebs on the walls + ceilings + window sills, dirty floors - they looked like they were neither vacuumed nor washed in months, the bathroom was disgusting, carpet around my bed was gross, and the ac grill - oh my god. Outside of the room, the hallsways and elevators were unacceptably dirty too. I have asked the hotel to deep clean my room, they said they did. Upon my return, the room was still really nasty. I have stayed at other Locke properties before and they were all spotless. This one is the worst.

Very colourful room, designed very well. The staff were friendly and it was in a great location. The aircon was weak, especially for those summer days in London.

The reception area was very stylish and nice. The location was good for where we needed to stay, unfortunately that is where the positives end. The bathroom smelled damp, had broken floor tiles and was clearly from a previous hotel design and had not been replaced when ember locke took over the building. The bed was possibly the least comfortable bed I've ever had, definitely not new when the hotel opened just over a year ago and the pillows felt like a bag of rocks.

I love the size of the room the size of the bathroom. I do wish it was a shower, not a bath. The bed was amazingly comfortable. I like the amenities in the room. The fact that I stayed two weeks and a half I only got the room cleaned twice. It would’ve been better if the room was cleaned every two or three days not once a week that I did not like.

Love the hotel aesthetic and location The room was dusty, coffee machine was covered in to dust too. Set my allergies off!

Good location with a stylish interior and chique setup. Good gym facilitates and restaurant downstairs. They don’t clean your room during the stay. At this price range I would expect at least a basic rubbish removal and bedsheet change at a minimum. Beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were not hard. Insufficient for a hotel in this price range. We had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. Basic expectations at this price point.
