The rooms we stayed in were of good size, perfect location & exactly what we needed for our stay. The breakfast cost us separately but it was well enjoyed. I requested a cot for my baby, once checked in the lady advised us one would be sent to the room. We didn’t have one at all. Check in from was from 3pm, 3.40pm and our rooms were still not quite ready. Also, I had to ask every day for our rooms to be serviced as we came back at 4.45pm and our beds or towels were not changed, teas and coffees were not replenished. Room 619 the shower came off the wall mid shower which frightened me. The toilet seat in that room was also really loose.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are really clean and comfortable Hot water for the shower only got warm.....and the lifts are a nightmare.

Location and the staff are very nice They don’t have toilets shower (beddet shataf) particularly the majority of the guests are from GCC area , they only provide battery charged one which needs to be charged periodically

The location of the hotel is great. Poorly stocked bar service, air con didn’t work in the room, breakfast very overpriced and poor quality.
