Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. The property had no heating and no hot water during our visit, which made the flat extremely uncomfortable overnight. Communication and resolution efforts were also not handled well, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, the stay did not meet reasonable expectations and I would not stay here again.

Easy to find and easy to walk to from Paddington Station. Close to Marble Arch and really only a 30 min walk from Oxford Circus and Leicester Square. Pictures online made the room look bigger. It was tight. Not designed to come to with luggage. No closets or furniture of any kind other than the beds and a coat rack. If you're looking for anything with space to unpack a suitcase, this might not be the right place. It did have a recessed shelf and a night stand in between the beds where you could charge devices over night. Everything else was great!

Location, price, staff Really tiny room, tv did not work. But for the 1 night stay - lovely!

Not really anything. The showers were cold or not working. The stairs were terrible and had no room to get to our room. Would ask staff for help but they were kind of shady. Just overall a bad experience.

It is simple and effective. Comfortable and practical. The shower at the 3rd floor took a lot of time to heat up, and the water pressure was unreliable. Sometimes the water would stop pouring. Sometimes the temperature would drastically drop. Not a nice experience.

Nothing Our room was not as described. If you’re in the basement don’t expect your room to look anything like the images on here. The room was filthy; carpet needed a deep clean, the walls were covered with marks and scuffs. Towels had holes in them from years of use. The sink/toilet situation was diabolical - no way you could get washed in that tiny cupboard. To top it off, the room stank of rotten eggs. We felt very at unease at the property too, especially as when we walked into the building, a guy asked us what room we were in, he didn’t introduce himself to us. Very sketchy and we felt very uneased. The room we booked did not look anything like the pictures you’ve provided to booking dot com either. Very disappointed and frustrated. Have contacted both booking dot com and the property (which have ignored my messages and booking) about a full refund as we did not stay due to the facilities being what they were.

The location is great. In a good area. Close enough to all the major places. The price is really good for london. The room only had a fan which I needed to turned off because of the horrible noise it made. The walls are extremely thin you can hear everything. Keep that in mind if you’re a light sleeper

The location I don’t generally write bad reviews but this property is very disappointing. Very bad value for money. The check in process is strange : I received a WhatsApp asking for my ID to get the details for the hotel access. There is no reception. I had a room in the basement with a window with a view to a wall. Mold in the wall. Small toilet with a tiny sink. Not even a chair to put stuff on. So I had to keep things in my suitcase. The first night the water was cold when I asked the “manager” he told me it’s working. In fact you have to let the shower running for 10-15 minutes to get hot water. The cleaning was limited to emptying the bins. There à was a smell of sewage in the room since it was in the basement. The linen and towels don’t smell great neither. My son had another room but there was a leakage in the toilet and I had to text the manager 3 times to be fixed.

Everything about this hotel is awful Obviously it was supposed to be a 1 star hotel not 3 cause thats what we got from the experience

Really lovely people that were helpful as I checked in. The room was clean, safe and secure which made me feel comfortable as I was travelling alone. Affordable and does what it says on the tin really but so central and really nice staff I would book again:) I was a bit cold as the windows are original but the radiator did the trick.

Price, location Cleanliness: floor was dirty everyday, there was dirt on the floor when I checked in, I didn’t want to touch it, and thought that they’ll clean it when they do the rooms. Second day and it was still there. Unprofessional staff: every bottle of liquid soap in the bathroom was empty (hand soap, body wash, shampoo), I reported this as soon as I got into the room (6 PM), and was told that the cleaning staff has left already, and that I have to wait until the following day. I came back from work the following day at 6 PM, and it was still not done. When I reported it again, the guy in the premises told me that he told the staff and apparently they didn’t do it, I insisted he finds a solution and he had to do it himself (which he did not like).

Amazing location, the hotel facility was nice but we where on the third floor and hotel has no elevator, house keeping was not cleaning the room for 3 days
-
Noise from the heating, but was still ok.
-
Too many stairs to climb. The bathroom stank, must be an issue with the drain, tiny as well, toilet seat was broken. It was not well stocked I.e no dishwashing liquid etc, none of the basics. Not enough cutlery or plates, the apartment is very run down and felt a bit dirty.

It’s in a good location very close to Oxford Street and the Hyde park, paddington station is 15 minutes away. The staff is very friendly and helpful. you can hear everything that’s happening outside the window in the street. We were on the 3 floor and there is no elevator.

Clean, remodeled in a nice way, liked the colour theme No elevator, but worked out ok since we did not bring regular suitcases
