Great location, clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast. Same breakfast for a week! Nos so good. Room was a little bit smaller than I expected.

Location is great. Initially a room under renovation was allotted. When resisted, normal room was allotted. Water filter on my floor was not working.

The hotel receptionist, Chantelle, was excellent. Friendly, helpful, very smartly dressed. Her cheerful disposition reflected well on the standards that the hotel were seeking to successfully achieve. Well done. Nothing. All good.

Desk staff Constantino and Helena ensured everything went smoothly. The upgraded room boasted some extra space and the en-suite was especially nice. The restaurant is consistently meh and overpriced.

The room was really nice, warm including fridge, coffee and water. Cleand and the hot water was available all day long. The bed for the child was a sofa-bed and could sleep 2 kids. The location was really good for someone who wish to be in the centre of London. The metro station it was little far.

Will not send a package we left at the hotel to me. I was prepared to pay all costs.

Location was very good. For the price the room was not that great it was a very basic room. For the cost it is wasn’t the best.
