Not a place we would stay again. It was loud and wasn't really clean. The one plus we will give them is that we were able to get in early.

The windows in the hotel do not help with noise reduction as they are not double glazed. Throughout our stay of 4 days, our room was never serviced once, i.e. changing towels, empty bins or replenish coffee & tea & milk. There was a cupboard on level 3 which allegedly had plenty of stock in it, however, I visited it on 3 separate days, and the stock had not been replenished, no tea, coffee, toilet rolls etc. As there are no staff/concierge service available, all contact has to go through a UK mobile telephone, but not have outgoing UK telephone access, I was unable to contact the remote concierge service to complain. There was no other option available to contact the hotel. There was no lift and the stairs are very awkward and narrow to carry large suitcases and luggage up to, and down from the room. Overall, not a very good experience, considering that this is a Marriott Bonvoy hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody, unless you are on a cheap weekend getaway. I will never be staying here again and will reconsider using Marriott Bonvoy hotels in the future.

So, be warned, despite coming to hotels.com, filtering by hotels and choosing someone that has hotel in the title... this is definitely not a hotel! Find somewhere else. This is my final act on hotels.com. I will not be using it, its parent the Expedia Group, or the Marriott International again.

Lovely clean room, furnished minimally just like I like, comfortable bed , clean bathroom , hot water, nice towels and bedding , great location, the only thing for us was we had noisy neighbours the first night but would recommend this place and would stay again.

Inside the building and the room is clean, updated the water dispenser is a plus, the service and maintenance respond quickly. Contrast with the exterior an alleyway with dumpster asides, one night we back to the hotel and a car parking made it difficult for us to pass

While we were sleeping, some people were very noisy.

Good sized room, clean and tidy. No air conditioning and room got very warm, a fan was supplied but not that effective. Quite a busy location so could be noisy overnight as no double glazing. Couldn’t find any milk among the essential cupboard items. Overall suited us for our weekend trip as conveniently located to the Cenotaph area and the pub downstairs was excellent for food and drink.

Spotless clean, all toiletries provided. Large comfortable bed. Party at the pub downstairs noisy while midnight.

Easy to access and the room was clean and comfortable.

Room is spacious and has good amenities but was a bit dusty and not much care had gone into cleaning/maintenance.

Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung und sauber. Minuspunkte waren Fenster, die man nich richtig öffnen kann und bei 30° Außentemperatur den Aufenthalt im Zimmer zur Qual wird.

The room was excessively hot and the provided fan did not help to alleviate the heat. Air conditioning is required

The room had everything needed for our one night stay, and was clean and comfortable. As not staffed, entry instructions were sent in good time, and the process was smooth and felt secure. Would certainly use again if in the area.

I will definitely use again.
