Clean, easy to navigate and good location The one thing I would like to mention is, in the room on the ceiling is a “monitoring device” it flashes every few seconds and when you have all the lights off is very bright.

The room that was advertised on booking.com for which I paid £500 + pound was nothing like what I ended up having. The receptionist couldn’t care less about my concerns and his attitude was of someone who was begging to be anywhere else but working at that hotel. He didn’t even try to have a conversation with me and told me point blank we don’t have any other rooms(which he blatantly lied because 10 mins later he contradicted himself by saying we have family room/other rooms that are available but he didn’t want to give it to me because he said what if somehow a family decides to check in at 2 am ! ) interestingly I was checking in very late at 10 pm that night ! Then he contradicted himself and again said after 12 it should be fine to check for other rooms, but literally 10 seconds later he said no , then he said i have higher floor rooms with river view but they are smaller but then when I said I don’t mind can I see them he said no ! Why ? Because he wasn’t bothered at all. This deceptive/uncaring and arrogant receptionist who worked there on night of 25th July should be ashamed of himself and his diabolical and unprofessional attitude. If you’re planning a special occasion don’t book this hotel.
