Everything was great at this hotel. We did need to change room as room 824 had trouble with the drains. Room 1124 was perfect. The lift was broken to the car park which meant a walk around the building and get buzzed in to pick up your car. Tight parking too.

Very well appointed room. Plenty of storage in room. Great bathroom. Fantastic choice at breakfast. Maybe a shelf or small table by the side of the bed to put a glass of water or phone on. There was a bedside table one side of the bed but only a chair the other side. But still a really lovely room so only a minor niggle.

Good size, well located hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the breakfast and bar at the ground floor. 15 minutes walking distance to Westminster Abbey, Cathedral, Big Ben.

Great Location. Good breakfast. We reported an issue with our shower at 10am in the morning which was not attended to. We had to report the matter a second time, had a plumber come to our room at 9pm.

Hotel is lovely and modern, the room was nice with lots of space. Check in was easy and staff were pleasant. Breakfast was a bit of a mess, food was ok but not great, some of the staff seemed confused about where I could find tea bags, they looked where I was looking then proceeded to just assume they didn’t have any rather than offering to actually look for any more. Location is nice but a bit of a walk to get to, which is a bit off putting.
