The hotel looks modern. The staff is friendly. . The room for 4ppl was tiny, there was no privacy, nor space for walking, sitting or wardrobe space. . The swimming pool is in the spa area but guests with kids are allowed to play there. Don't expect to relax. Also the water did not look clean and the temperature was not warm enough. . Location is ok but, mind that you need to walk ~1km to the metro and main turist attractions. From the airport it takes more than 1h with multiple transport changes involved. .

I really liked the atmosphere of the hotel. Overall, everything was great, and we were also given a room on the floor I had requested, which I really appreciated. The only thing I didn’t like was night, which was quite difficult. I had a hard time sleeping because of a constant buzzing noise in the room, probably coming from air freshener. The noise was quite disturbing and made it very difficult to sleep.:/I reported the issue to the hotel, and a member of staff came to check what was causing the noise. He explained that it was simply because the windows were closed and that it was part of the fresh air system. Unfortunately, the noise was still quite bothersome and made it difficult to sleep that first night. Apart from that, everything was great, and overall we had a very pleasant stay.

The location is very convenient. 10 mins max from Victoria line, 20 by foot from London Eye, very well connected otherwise by busses. On the other hand, it’s far enough from the crowds. Room was spacious, bathroom clean and updated. Breakfast with multiple options, tasty. Very welcoming and accommodating staff. It is not a dislike, but rather a recommendation: breakfast options could be changed every few days. Despite the existing variety and tasty options, it is nice to see something new from time to time.
