The room was very small and uncomfortably hot, with ineffective air conditioning. Both the room and bathroom were not clean. Furnishings were minimal, with basic items missing (e.g., no hand towel). Wi-Fi connection was unreliable. Hair dryer was not working at all.

The only good thing was the location. The staff were rude, the rooms were disgusting with stains all over the walls and mould. The rooms was also falling apart, the headboard to the main bed was torn, there were spoons holding the windows closed, an air conditioning unit with a remote that doesn't work at all - when questioned about it I was completely dismissed. The toilet had skid marks all along the bottom of it and a weak flush. This place was the equivalent of a bad hostel, not at all worth the money spent.

Staff member was pleasant The ceilings were peeling and mouldy, the window was held closed with a spoon, the air-conditioning unit did not work and it was 29 degrees. The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the pavement.

Location was nice and the bed was relative comfortable, and overall was happy to have roof over head. Staff was very friendly. The property is not in a good state. It needs full renovation as it’s just moldy from inside out. It smells bad and just not really healthy place to stay.

The worst hotel in the world. The customer service was terrible and completely insensitive. The reservation date changed, and it wasn't the date shown on the travel website. We called to complain, and the hotel refused to accept any changes or refunds, even though we had only been booking for a few hours. They have absolutely no understanding. Very cool location. Friendly staff. You can check in at any time of the day. The mattress was uncomfortable. I felt the springs in the mattress.

Big, bright room with a great bathroom and excellent location for Paddington train and Tube stations. Lumpy bed, the glass in the bathroom was filthy with someone else’s toothpaste, couch was stained, and the room was on the fourth floor of a walk-up with no elevator.
