The room and hotel were both spotless. The staff were very friendly and professional. I would stay again. A lift to the top floor, but they can’t really do much about that.

Great location- only a 5 minute walk from the train station. The room was clean and the reception staff were welcoming and helpful.

A01 room at the bottom of the building, view from window to the wall, staff working on our window all night, chatting and working with bed sheets near us, the room smell like toilette, disgusting. Changing room next day but smelly pillows and rock hard, sofa beds are harder than the floor. One of the reception guy, very unproffesional, talking to us like he was our pal. Location, and friendliness of the staff. Also having 24-hour reception, meant I could leave my bag with them, before check-in

The people at the front desk were really nice and helpful! They helped us change rooms without any issues and were very nice about it. There was no elevator, which we realised is really a necessity when you plan on shopping and have to carry your luggage down three floors.

The location was good and the room was clean. The tap in the bathroom was too high for the size of sink and the water splashed everywhere, even when turning it on just a little.
