Very close to Big Ben, the London Eye, and Waterloo Station. In London, it’s generally better to stay near Covent Garden. For the same price, you can find much better hotels in a more convenient area.

It’s close to everything, excellent location.. dining area, late night grocery stores, shops, railway stations, buss stations and direct access to all the tourist area spots. As a tourist.. I did not find anything negative about the property.

Great location

It’s location to the Big Ben and Parliament as well as Buckingham Palace and even walked to Piccadilly Square. London eye right by the hotel.

While I love a great smelling lobby, the scent that was used was way too strong. At times it was hard to truly breathe without feeling dizzy from the intense perfume smell. Our shower was also clogged up some and the bathroom floor would get really wet and the shower could’ve been cleaned a little better.

The rooms are spacious, clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The breakfast offers an excellent variety of high-quality food. The location is superb, with many of London's major attractions within walking distance, including the London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and the River Thames. The nearby Westminster and Waterloo stations also provide excellent transport links to the rest of the city. Upon arrival, the concierge collected our luggage and provided us with a claim ticket. After completing check-in, we were informed that our bags would be delivered to our room. Thirty minutes passed and nothing arrived, so I called Reception. I was assured the luggage was on its way. Another 20–30 minutes later, there was still no sign of our bags. I called again, only to be told that, according to their system, the luggage had already been delivered, which was simply untrue. At that point, I requested that the Hotel Duty Manager contact me. I was promised that someone would reach out. No one ever did. Having heard nothing, I went downstairs myself to find out what was happening. I was eventually told that the luggage had been misplaced and they were investigating. After approximately 90 minutes, I was finally informed that our bags had been delivered to the wrong room. They arrived at our room about 10 minutes later. There are several serious concerns here. First, the luggage had no identification tags attached to it. It appears that the hotel's entire baggage handling process relies on verbal communication rather than a robust tracking system. I can hardly blame the bell staff when the underlying process itself is fundamentally flawed. Misdelivering luggage to another guest's room is not just an inconvenience; it is a security issue. Second, and more disappointing, was the complete lack of accountability from hotel management. I specifically requested to speak with the Duty Manager. No one called. No one came to see us. There was no apology in person, by phone, by letter, or by email. We stayed for three nights, and even by the time we checked out, no member of management had acknowledged what had happened. Mistakes can happen in any hotel. What distinguishes a luxury hotel from an average one is how those mistakes are handled.

The location is perfect if your goal is sightseeing in a short time. It’s next to major attractions and very accessible to two tube stations and a great bus route. The staff were so friendly, we were able to check in early. The room was a great size for a family of 4. We upgraded to the terrace which was fabulous! Having that extra outdoor breathing room away from the city was so worth it. The views were also amazing. There is a great coffee place on the first floor that was so convenient. We were only in London for 2 nights and feel like we were able to do and see so much because of the location. Some of the finishes and furniture in the room were a little tired and worn. Overall it could use an update, but everything was clean so it was ok.
