The wifi was horrible. It did say it was a limited wifi, so I can't complain. You could pay $10 for a strong Wi-Fi for 24 hours. On the last night I tried to pay the $10 for the better connection. They gave it to me for free but I still couldn't connect.

Occasional long waits for service in restaurant in the evening

Would of liked to have the heater on in the evenings, but had a sweater. Also, I would of liked more room for hanging clothes. I also would of liked a clock, but the info channel on the tv told me the time.

Great customer service!

I loved how close it was to all the sites. I was alao very impressed on how clean the hotel was! The restaurant was also another plus- the food was good and the service wonderful! Will definitely stay here again!

Great location if you are arriving/ departing from Waterloo, easy walking distance of many of the main tourist sites. Huge room, comfortable beds, good value for London
-
Location was excellent Room was very ordinary lacking some of the usual things expected.....shampoo lotion, Kleenex......horrible view...some kind of circular tower..probably for heat or. Something....

Hotel was well kept. Location was convient to Waterloo, the London Eye (in front of the hotel), and Big Ben. Breakfast wasn't bad, but not amazing. No AC!!!!!! Please keep that in mind if going in the summer. Not a lot of good restaurants nearby or bars/pubs.

The location was great, and the staff were always available and helpful. Given that we hit London during an unusually hot spell, the lack of air-conditioning was concerning, but the fans made the heat tolerable. The hotel's soap was not my favorite, to say the least, and I found the tub difficult to step out of because it was so high.

The beer selection in the bar was terrible. The bed, touted as the luxurious Hypnos brand, was very firm but lacked cushioning. The hotel compensated by placing an extra comforter under the mattress cover which helped a lot. Soap and shampoo was not good.

It was a basic hotel with no added extras. Bare bones, but the beds slept exceptionally well. The breakfast was pretty good.
-
the rooms were clean the beds were very hard. There was no front desk - you checked in at a computer terminal.

FROM GREAT LOCATION, CLEANLINESS AND EXCELLENT STAFF, NOTHING ELSE WAS NEEDED.

The location was fine, everything else, not so much. The staff was horrendous. Suggestions for dinners:"There are two Italian restaurants right across the street. Also, Subway." They also did not have any knowledge of the underground, or how to get to the airport. For a "business" hotel, this is appalling.

The location was amazing. The staff could have been more knowledgeable and helpful
