The room was tiny! There was barely enough room for two people to walk around the bed.

AC in room did not work and was not fixed during my stay. Was told that me & other couple I was traveling with could have rooms on same floor, but when checked in we could not. And No safe in the room.

Front desk staff doesn't address issues in a timely manner. We were traveling with others so we had 2 rooms. Both rooms had broken A/C & we had to complain for over a day before we were finally moved to a new room. Our friends never did get working A/C.

The room was very clean and the staff was excellent. The shower was slippery when rinsing off the soap and conditioner from my hair. So slippery that I literally could not stand in one position as my feet kept sliding across the shower floor.
