The location is fantastic. Bed sheets were clean and bed comfy. The wifi was poor, The bathroom tiles needs better cleaning, the fridge needs to be cleaner, broken mirror changed.

It was close to the shops and very convenient for breakfast and comfy beds 25-30 min walk from underground station

Rooms were perfect and just fine, also enjoyed the breakfast I didn’t know there was no parking, only to realise it when I got there. That was very disappointing. The best you can do is at least hire nearest parking spaces for your clients for convinience

Unfortunately I didn't like anything. I was shown the picture of the room but I didn't get this one I liked and they are on the booking.com. it's totally fake. Staff was not friendly and helpful. He was asking for money when I offered to change the room and give the exact one showed in picture. I paid extra insurance money for room cancellation but they said it's the booking.com who take the money. I will never be back and wouldn't recommend it for anybody who wants to enjoy on holiday. Sorry for any inconvenience. I didn't like anything including room and service. It was only breakfast people was nice otherwise everything is rubbish. Even there is no tissue handler in the toilet which is very common. No door mat in the bathroom or towel placed. Room was too small just get in and sit on the bed. It was totally waste of money. Thank you and sorry
