Bros Inn Hotel

Nothing at all The main door was locked and it was not possible to go in. I have been waiting outside with my 11 months old son and no one answer to the phone . And still have not refund back

This is the worst hotel in London. It’s ugly and disgusting. No one thing is actually good about the hotel

Disappointing

Wasn’t that good wouldn’t recommend at all; and don’t book with booking.com worse EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!! Everything youse should all be sacked and quit. 0 help at all basically useless at best.

My booking got canceled last miniute with no information about such given to me before my arrival, very hard to get refund back which I am still waiting for

WHEN WE LEFT Broken window had to have it open all night on the busy road. Tv didnt work. Blinda dont work . Had no sleep. We tried to ring reception but no answer wouldn't refund us so we could move hotels. So didnt sleep. Its an absolute sh*t whole. STAY AWAY

Good

Close to restaurants and shops. Bus lines stopping close by, with good connections to the center. Keyless system, so you don't have to worry for losing keys/ cards. It seems that it is under renovation, which can be seen it is needed. not the best material quality and comfort. Sound insulation is non existent, road traffic was really noticeable.

It was clean, the bed was comfy, handy fridge and microwave The window was broken, so it was very loud all night with sirens going past. one day the shower just didn’t work. The water wouldn’t go any faster than a trickle and just wouldn’t heat up and another day it was just scolding hot. Also the tv didnt work but that wasn’t a huge deal

Another lovely stay at Bros Inn - so simple to check inn with email sent within a couple of hours with all information. Room beautiful clean and newly renovated. Bed very comfortable and linens beautiful. Tv huge and great to watch an evening film on. Comfortably cool in the room on a hot London day. Quiet, didn’t hear any noise from other guests, just normal London street traffic. Stayed in room 24. Will definitely be back again! Great location - everything you need on your doorstep, and a bargain price for London. Genuinely don’t have anything to say that would put me off staying again.

The blind in the window only covered 3/4 of the window so the light from the street lamps illuminated the room all the time The room was noisy and light which made sleeping very difficult. Which the main function of a hotel room The hotel doesn’t have a front desk so nowhere to get it rectified Hallway was dirty and littered post

It was a decent distance from London It was not clean, we didn’t even get bed sheets. No shampoo or conditioner or soap on the bathroom. Never saw a single staff member. There were multiple people who also booked who weren’t able to get in. Had to help one girl on her own who had a booking but no info. The room was not clean the was a half smoked joint on the floor from I guess the last person who had stayed there. The tv didn’t even work.

The room had a private bathroom and self-check-in service. The pillows were not good. The blind could not cover the whole window. There were no electric necessities like a hair dryer, water boiler, and a fridge.

Hotel is very basic and tired. There was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom. The carpet is old and disgusting The place was clean enough but it did have a grimey feel

Nothing The door was open, the toilet was disgusting, with poo stains on th toilet seat and not cleaned No soap, and all dusty, the imagines and information provided given to customer are misleading.

Good bed, location was perfect No toiletpaper, no hangers for clothing, soap almost finished in the shower. Didn’t see any staff my while stay
