The quick easy check in and the comfortable bed. A mouldy room, no heating, no sink plug, damaged furniture, thick dust on skirting boards, the strong smell of cannabis coming in at night.

Location for getting to kings hospital No lock on inside of door, only digital lock, no other mechanical lock for whilst you are in room. Lots of stairs, and I messaged hotel before mentioning partner is disabled, there was no response. Had to check out early, told lady it was because my partner came out of hospital early, lady took note phoned somebody else up and just stated that I was leaving early for some reason. I was then told contact booking.com. I contacted them and they said hotel has to authorize refund due to dates change, they couldn't get hold of hotel. Have emailed hotel through booking.com, emailed oyo, no response. Called booking.com, they got hold of property once, when they were told that I would get refund, they were just waiting for hotel to get in touch, 20 days later I am still waiting for my refund, but keep getting ignored, or no one can get in touch with hotel.
