Friendly staff, excellent location, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean.

The location was good, the staff were excellent especially the chap in the gift shop, but all were polite and helpful. Good staff make all the difference on a stay and I would stay again. I had to use the hotel supplied earplugs and was surprised to sleep well due to the noise but the bed was very comfortable. The room was a reasonable size Not the hotels fault that a heatwave happened, but my room was boiling and all I had was an inadequate fan. The room would have been comfortable in winter. Also there was a lot of traffic noise even though I was on the 7th floor and I could not have managed without the hotel supplied earplugs. There was also noise from the men working on the scaffolding outside however the workmen apologised for the noise and were polite. The breakfast was average

The room was comfortable and the shower was excellent. Our towels were changed when we wanted them to be. Excellent service bringing us more milk and tea bags The view of the bin area.

The breakfast was varied and staff very pleasant and helpful. Bed comfortable and bathroom clean. It was hot in the room and there was no air conditioning or a fan.

Close to subway. Beds were comfortable Upon our arrival, we paid for our stay. Upon checking.my bank I found out they had changed us twice. After I alerted them to the fact they mistakenly refunded both pay.ents. Then they took another after realising the .mistake. Thinking it was now all sorted upon checkout they said we owed payment for the cist of the holiday. **@@*** . One day they never even made up our room or Change the towelling even though requested. All in all quite poor service

Location is great for exploring London. Clean and tidy. Quiet at night. Rooms are very small with no air conditioning. It was 27 degrees when we visited and the room was uncomfortably hot... a fan was supplied and that helped a little but not much. No fridge in the room and no bottled water supplied. For the price per night there were a few of these little extras that would have been nice. A nice hotel but not the best value for money.

Staff were so lovely and helpful. Was traveling alone, and felt safe. Liked everything!!

Breakfast The view from the window was actually disgusting.

The location was good, the beds were comfortable and clean, the bathroom very clean but the bedrooms were are on the small side The staff were definitely lacking, except for the housekeeping staff who were prompt to resolve any issues, but as it was a special occasion for us, so we decided to spend sometime in the hotel bar and have a bottle of champagne, once there, we had to go up to the bar to order it (even though the place was empty) to collect it and glasses and we had to open it ourselves and we had to go up to the bar to get a bucket of ice to put the bottle in and had to go all the way to the hotel shop to get some nuts or crisps to nibble on, so all in all the staff ignore you and are lacking in service skills and curtesy

Location. Quick and efficient check-in. Good breakfast. Faulty towers! Room is small.
