Great location walking distance from kings cross walking distance to big Ben with an underground station just around the corner. Nothing everything was ok

Great service and all very clean. Location is great. No air conditioning. They provided a fan, but you can hardly open the window, besides blowing hot air doesn’t make it any cooler. Guys. Upgrade to Air Conditioning.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. The breakfast queue every morning is not enjoyable at all. We even tried different times to see if a certain time was a bad time but any time was a bad time. Queuing for a table right into reception area. Also the area is quite scary at night as it’s out of the way. No AirCon in the rooms was also a disappointment, the staff provided us with a fan and we signed a waiver to get windows opened (to agree not to jump out) however this was no where near as effective as AirCon.

Lovely hotel, fantastic breakfast and great location. Can hold luggage too on our last day. Bar area, very overpriced, cost nearly £35 for four drinks and added surcharge too.

It was clean and very nice hotel. Breakfast was extremely good! The wifi did not work in my room :( I asked about it from the staff but we did not get it work. But it was ok since this vacation was a social media free and I uses phone very little and that was good for me to take a break :)

Lifts were good. Shower & view from the room was good Bed too small. Room so hot. We couldn’t sleep. Doors banged. Very noisy
