I felt it was a business environment more than a romantic environment but pleasant! The location was exceptional, was able to explore without traveling far! The Staff were very helpful and kind! The kitchen staff were the best! Overall, it was a nice stay! The shampoo container fell off the wall in the shower. The makeup mirror worked when it felt like it! A piece of the shower handle broke. Not enough towels, two guest you need three towels. The public downstairs bathroom needs some attention!

Large size room & bathroom in a great location- walkability was super easy to major attractions & great restaurants. Helpful staff. Quiet even though it's in the middle of a busy area.

Location was great. 15 minute walk to a lot of tourists attractions and restaurants. Easy cab ride and hotel staff very friendly Buffet was limited in selection but were able to order from limited menu included in price. Hotel cost was extremely expensive
-
Comfort and location. Breakfast good, however somewhat ordinary selection in breads/ bakery and toppings.

Room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet disappointing, much of the food was cold. However the ‘a la carte’ food was good.

Location was great. Overpriced and the breakfast in particular was very disappointing - especially for what is classed as a five star hotel. Ordered eggs Benedict for breakfast and it turned up in a couple of minutes and was cold with cheap ham.

Great location. Rooms spacey and comfortable. Welcoming lobby and wonderful restaurant offering a great breakfast. But the staff is what stands out the most. Specifically the two concierge’s Adrian and Sajjad; they were very attentive and helpful!! Adrian went the extra mile after I made an online booking for a tour but put the wrong date. Adrian contacted customer service for me and fixed it so we were sent a new booking for that day and we could go on our tour. Really enjoyed our stay ? Only but were the pillows…too soft.
