The customer team is so very professional. Whatever issues talk to Gini - South Korean excellence in service. The House keeping staff is impressive in their efficiency. London hotels have lost their edge in service. But not this hotel.

Central location yet quiet, great service and staff (special mention for the excellent concierges and housekeeping). Stylish and very comfortable. Amazing tea in lounge. Guest services checked several times whether we had any requests. Check rooms better before guests arrive- bathtub did not drain, no electricity in outlets. Very responsive and quickly fixed, but could have been checked before..

Classic room with shower, excellent water pressure and temperature, lovely complementary tray with kettle, coffee machine, sweet and savory biscuits and high end toiletries. Very clean with excellent twice daily housekeeping and bottled water. Great central location for theatre’s. Friendly professional staff. This room has really good lighting, important for women, even has a mirror with a socket next to it, a rare sight. Comfortable bed and quiet easy to manage air con. And temperature control. Slept well. The price of course but understand you get what you pay for and we did.

Location We arrived earlier than our check in time . We left our luggage and we were told we would be called on my phone when ready . Nobody called. Bad !! A Futher more a wall for a window ! A complete wall !!! Shower Luke warm .
