Gotta love the location and the lovely pub on the ground floor. Tons and tons of things to see in a 1 km radius. Super friendly and helpful staff. One thing you need to keep in mind is that the rooms are upstairs and there's no lift. So if you're carrying heavy bags, you'll need to load up on your protein.

Great location near the underground with lots of restaurants and a market nearby. The room was clean and comfy. It’s right above the pub and noise was not a problem. Also loved the stylish renovation of the building.

The team were very friendly and the room was clean and presentable. However the rain shower head squirted water in random directions , the Air con unit leaked, this was evident from the stains in the door. We had to place a towel on the floor to soak the drips and water toucher !! The team were very friendly, as our Itinerary was demanding,we saw very few of them. The access code didn't work. We worked out that the key fob worked on the key pad , and not on the lock hub as shown ?.

Busy noisy pub below but no noise travelled up! Rooms well insulated. Very small double room but everything well presented and clean with a nice design style. Air con saved us from a hot weekend weather wise. Great location so near to Portobello.

Fab location, of course. But also - although our room was located above a busy bar, no sound leaked through to disturb us. Excellent soundproofing! There was also very handy access & egress from the premises itself.

The room was tiny not as advertised it smelled really bad so depite being clean was really disappointing. It was only prepared for single occupancy eg 1 towel, 1 mug. Very poor

Location and modern design/rooms, coffee maker Bathroom had no fan and no floor matt - very wet after showering. Could benefit from small maintenance checks

There was no reception and staff (it's basically in a pub)I'm still waiting (after 4 weeks) for the invoice for my company.

Lovely staff, the room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was roomy and hot. No breakfast (they're planning to start doing breakfast soon)
