I liked the bed it was comfy. Staff were nice and efficient. It is what you get for your money. Great location. The bathroom was very cramped. The room wasn't the most welcoming. No team or coffee in the room.

The location, for me, was excellent as was the price. I paid £78 for a double room for one night. Check in was simple, and the receptionist was friendly and chatty. My room was on the second floor, overlooking the street. The room was just as I booked, with an en-suite bathroom and double bed. The bathroom wasn't that clean, nor was the carpet and the curtains were clipped closed and looked very shabby. Despite the Cleanliness, I would stay there again, as the location and price were very good.

No Kettle, no fan on a really hot night, tv did not work, room dirty, staff couldnt care less. Will definately never use again!

The guys on reception were extremely welcoming and helpful although small the shower was amazing the bed was clean and the price was very good No controls for the TV in the room and would have loved to be able to make a cup of tea

Good sized double room with a large bathroom and large shower cubicle. Wardrobe and desk. TV and bedside tables. Staff were lovely also helpful. Warren was super. Thank you I would have liked to have a kettle and a couple of cups. Some springs were raised in the mattress. The top of the boxed in pipes (where the toilet roll was) in the bathroom had other people's hair on them. No bath mat. No valve to adjust the temperature on the radiator. All simple things that will make this room perfect without breaking the bank.

Great location, close to the British Museum, with good public transportation links. Bus and metro access available. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall, the hotel met my expectations. The furniture and room decor are very tired. The window is cracked, the shower handle is falling off, etc. The Wi-Fi in the basement is poor, so we had to go up to the first floor.

Nothing Absolutely filthy- was put in basement which has a dangerous staircase with no handrail at the top. Am disabled and asked for a groundfloor room which was ignored. Room was not cleaned on arrival plus bathroom was filthy and had toe nail clippings stuck in the floor mat.
