It was close to the station, the bed was very comfortable and it was easily accessible. I liked that there was an app with all of the details for my stay and I could make any adjustments very easily if needed. I wasn’t sure if accessing the room through your phone is the best - if your phone runs out of charge or you lose it, I’m not sure how we would’ve gotten into the room. The bathroom would also make loud noises each time we turned the water on.

The room had no chairs at all, which made it uncomfortable to work, eat, or relax.

Excellent location, lovely room and very helpful staff that went above and beyond to accommodate us for an extra day at the very last moment! Nothing at all, everything was excellent!!

Stayed here a few times. Great clean hotel perfect for a night or two, has everything you need and only a short walk from Paddington station. Easy self check in too and handy cafe downstairs. Nothing really.

Location, facilities, cost, how quiet it was. TV did not have BBC1 or other normal channels and would have to have signed into my BBC account for iPlayer access. Also no instructions on how to use the TV but really not a problem, just annoying.

Loved where it was located. Plenty local restaurants to use if need be. Very handy for tube station. Seems to be not maintained all that well. Leaks, showers not working great and sockets coming from bedside units exposing wires

The hotel was close to everywhere we plan to visit. The room was big, comfortable and clean. Online check-in procedure was easy with the application. The stuff were kind, easy to contact.
