My review is for OYO Vegas Hotel which I was transferred to by OYO 22-6-2024. You are still not acknowledging that I did not stay here. Please note I have not had the opportunity sent via email to review OYO Vegas so this is my review via the link you sent incorrectly thinking I stayed at OYO Townhouse. Room one, located below street level. Filthy room, tiny bathroom with black mould on the ceiling, walls full of scuff marks, looked like the room had not been vacuumed or dusted, bed was sloping to one side plus you could feel the springs through it, I had to double the duvet to lay on to try and get comfortable (which I did not) I had one of the worst nights sleep ever, no TV remote in the room, there was a security light outside that did not go off at all, only 2 plug sockets working, the USB outlets didn’t work, the only plus was that it was close to Victoria coach & tube stations. How the property has the nerve to charge over £200 per night (direct not via booking.com) is unbelievable. If I had more time I would have tried to find somewhere else to stay for the night.

Location and staff were kind The room was tiny, felt claustrophobic, bed was uncomfortable, bathroom was tiny, badly decorated. Floor was uneaven, would probably never stay here again. Not for me.

Location was really great. Only 20 min away from everything in every direction We didn’t like the small two person bed, and the bathroom. There was chalk everywhere, and the drainage was just one piece of chalk. stains on the carpet, and also stains on the walls, maybe from previous leakages?

Location was superb. We literally able to walk to London highlighted spots everywhere. The hotel policy was awesome and we able to leave our bags at the reception and start exploring the city after check out. We were given top floor (steep staircases by the way) and the customer service phone was not working. We were frustrated because we had to go down 3 steep staircases every time we needed things like hairdryer or so.

Great location... Easy to reach from Paddington and just mins from Edgware Rd tube on the bakerloo line. Easy to find and main door is kept locked at all times. Room was clean, some marks on the curtains but nothing major. Very reasonable size. Couldn't turn off the heated towel rail Left luggage didn't feel secure....the bag is marked but you get no corresponding ticket to collect. Was a little nervous as they're left in the reception which is, to be fair, manned 24hrs. I didn't have a problem but did cause me some worry.
