The cleanliness of the room and whole hotel. A well maintained hotel. Great to be able to open a window. Close to Paddington station. Breakfast included. Double bed against wall. Not a dislike just a comment.

Great location. Nice room. Good breakfast.

location; the staff provided us with an iron free of charge, and we were told that we could use a microwave in the kitchen if needed, although we did not use it. The room was on the 5th floor, and unfortunately the lift was broken during our stay. We asked if we could be moved to a lower floor, but we were told that no other rooms were available. My 60-year-old mother has difficulty climbing stairs, so this was particularly inconvenient. The room itself was quite stuffy, with a noisy ventilator. Opening the window helped with the fresh air, but the traffic noise from the cars was too loud to leave it open during the night. For £75 per night, I was also disappointed that there was no mini-fridge in the room. Breakfast was okay, but the selection was quite unhealthy. There were sugary yoghurts and cereals, and the croissants tasted more like cheap, processed pastries. There was also no fresh fruit or vegetables/salad available. Overall, the stay was disappointing, particularly considering the price and the difficulties caused by the broken lift.

Convenient location and very clean accommodation Breakfast room was busy, but well serviced by the staff. Happy to stay here again. Good value. We were in a room.near the top of the number 10 building. The stairs were a little tiring and the room a little warmer than lower rooms. The room fan was effective enough though.

Having previously stated it is conveniently located to Paddington Station for underground links. There are plenty of restaurants near by for food. We were in the building opposite which for myself travelling with my daughter felt a bit isolated and also having an issue with stairs we were on the top floor which was a bit of an issue but we made it work. Will just request a lower floor next time

Location was perfect for our stay and what we wanted to do. Parking we got lucky with best spot possible. No air con absolutely sweltering. No lifts. Bathroom very small, no wardrobes, breakfast was the poorest I’ve seen in hospitality, coffee awful, juices and room temp yogurts terrible.

Location, friendly staff and room was clean and cleaned each day, breakfast was included in the price which isn’t always the norm for London. Nothing stood out that I didn’t like

The location is amazing. The lift didn’t work and the stairs are tight for luggage. No fridge in the room.

Great location, big room, lovely staff No fridge in room, breakfast limited choices

Extremely small room on this visit although other visits I've had larger rooms

Everything that needed to be clean, was. Dated but doesn't matter, as still functional and clean. Bed more comfy than expected being firm. Fan was a must, and excellent albeit with a hum as fans do. But being at the front of the building on the main road, window was closed for sleep, so fan was essential. Breakfast was okay, but limited in choice. Toast was done in batches and piled up, rather than individuals putting it through ourselves, which meant it was colder and chewy. Croissants appeared to be standard supermarket types. Wasn't keen on the juices. What I did have was sufficient though, did the job.

Location is good Rooms very dated Breakfast isn’t a cooked breakfast…. Cheese and ham slices boiled eggs and bread … not worth paying for And a mouse ran thru the dining hall

Location was great, staff friendly and accommodative. Clean, price was comparable to others. Room was small for a family but we only slept in the room so no problem. Room a little warm but there was a fan available.
