Great location paired with great facilities and a world class staff is a simple recipe for a wonderful experience and a joyful stay. Even just saying hi each day as we were leaving for our destination was a joyous occasion and having a friendly smile to greet you when you return was a pleasant treat. They were very accommodating for when my parents had an issue with their nespresso machine twice (first - was causing a breaker to trip, second just didn't do coffee) and they responded and rectified the issue extremely quickly each time. Lastly, having a powerful AC system during the heatwave was a godsend. Great Location is surrounded by a two nearby Tesco expresses and a slightly further but larger Sainsbury's as well as a multitude of extremely good eating or takeout locations and sits right smack in the middle between the Aldgate east and Whitechapel stations that are about a 7 to 10 minute walk away. Wish there were more washing machines/dryers, which is hardly a con.

the staff were friendly, helpful, thoughtful. Especially mr Taurun. Always warm greetings whenever we enter or leave. He found out that i celeberated my birthday during my stay and he (and adagio) kindly arranged for a gift sent to my apartment. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen has everything u need and more. very quiet rooms/apartment. the lobby downstairs is spacious. u can work or play there. laundry room was handy too. very close to underground stations (aldgate east and whitechapel), both within 5m walking distance. lively area full of everything u need (cafes, restaurants, supermarkets ...). great value for money. safe sorroundings. clean rooms. comfortable bed. easy check in-check out process. wifi quality. ac/heating. water pressure. very convenient for couples/famililes. id definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. i think the toilet was too small. the cleaning staff are not keen to refill dishwasher cubes (even if they are finished). the bathroom drain was not running smoothly, better but not fixed despite my request. sorrounding area is a bit old and not aesthically pleasing. the music a bit lound in the lobby at times. view of the room.

I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely choose it again on my next visit to London. Good location close to the tube. The gym is small but open 24/7, which is a big plus. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and I’d especially like to highlight the gentleman at reception, his approach really stood out and made the experience even better.

Friendly staff Spacious rooms

Great Location. Toilet and shower being seperated.

Breakfast was terrible—inedible eggs and hash browns, only one overly busy working coffee machine and no decaf!
-
Very clean and spacious Stayed for 4 weeks and only got room cleaning once a week Coffee soap salt etc was no refilled

Nothing
-
Good location close to two tube stations including the Elizabeth line Although the hotel was new, some things in the room were broken (such as the light lamps on the size of the bedroom). Nothing that would impact the stay though.

We found the bed to be extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep

We had to switch room because the floor was leaking water.

Very clean hotel. We are a family of four, and the room we had was perfect. The sofa bed was large enough for 3 people to sleep comfortably if we wanted, the same with the bed in the room. We enjoyed having a TV in both rooms. The staff was amazing. Monet (I hope that is how you spell his name) was very professional and has outstanding customer service. The hotel is located in a great location. There is a bus stop (25) just outside the front door. There are tons of restaurants and stores. The Brick Lane Market is not far from this hotel. The breakfast is decently price. If I ever return to London I will stay here and I will recommend it to my friends and family. There's not much negative to right about. There is a small sink in the room with the toilet that they could just take it out. Also, the breakfast area fills up fast. There's not enough sits at times.

The room was clean and equipped and the staff were friendly. There were a few snack options you can buy from the reception. We felt safe coming back to the property around 8pm from Aldgate East station. Good location, also considering how close it is to the main tourist attractions and how close the tube and bus stops are. We encountered no problems during our stay. The room was a bit dark. The breakfast could have a bit more variety, but it was fine all in all. These two things didn’t bother us that much though.

They did not replace towels or clean when not in the room
-
It is only cleaned once a week.

The apartment is located close to public transport, both bus and metro. The staff were all friendly and courteous. The apartment itself was modern, clean, well-appointed and had all the necessary items to be able to cook and be self-sufficient. The bed was very comfortable. A filtered water station was available in the lobby along with umbrellas for use by guests. The WiFi was good and the laundry was high tech. On paying for the washer or dry you can select to have a receipt sent to your mobile along with notification when the cycle had completed. Lack of lighting in the kitchen and bedroom.

only 4 coffee pods for 2 people for 3 nights - we had to buy them at reception on day 2. also a bit dusty and pubic hairs on the bathroom floor :)
