Found a flea in the carpet. Repair work had left the hotel entrance in a rather haphazard state. The shower could have been cleaner, and there was a brown stain on the window frame. The window also couldn’t be opened fully.

A lovely little hotel in Kensington, really conveniently located and with lots of amenities nearby. I booked the AC room which was welcome in August. The room had all I needed and was clean and comfortable. I had excellent communication from the check in team - I had luggage and the lockers were full, so I was able to check in early for a small fee, which was really appreciated! My third time staying in a Bob W and I probably will again! I would say there isn’t enough locker space for such a large hotel. The shower is also very small, even for a compact room.

Good for short stays - if you dont require any amenities you would usually find at hotels. No staff on-site. but this was expected. For queries sent via booking.com / whatsapp. these weren't answered until stay completed.

locker room, shampoos, breakfast No reception, everything is online and it’s hard to reach someone when there’s a problem. Rooms and corridors are not ventilated. It was extremely hot in the rooms. Couldn’t sleep at all!

The location. The room and TV are good too. There was no housekeeping and no hot water despite mentioning this issue to a member of staff twice. The floors in the corridor were dirty. I have stayed at this property several times and very much enjoyed my stay. This was prior to management changed. I was disappointed. This stay was not value for money. Please bring back Wes & co, plus the breakfast.

Mostly good, location great Shower needed an update. The head was impossible to re angle and was impossible to get any thing but face directly in the jets. Real awkward shower experience. Room could be cleaner: side tables had sticky ring marks. Carpet was incredibly stained.

The door was unlocked and stuck I can’t close I contacted the room service and we stay until 11:30 night trying to fix it . I was really tired after coming from long trip. I don’t expect that . For me i was totally unacceptable.

We stayed in an AC room which was perfect for the August heat. Room was spacious and bed was very comfy. Shower was very very small !
