Location. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room was a great size for 2 beds. Toilet facilities. There was no toilet on ground floor to service restaurant and bar. You had to go down the lift to 1 communal toilet. Ridiculous. Also, the bar was situated in middle of breakfast area. Had no atmosphere.

The hotel is located in one of the prime spots for exploring. We walked nearly everywhere we wanted and felt totally safe. I have been to London often and was very pleased. The bed was so comfortable. You have to be prepared to hear Big Ben but that's really part of the charm.

Fantastic location. Shower facilities for an early arrival were great and staff were super helpful. Gym was good. Ice machine and cold water on each floor were great for summer.

I am not much of a breakfast person, so I didn’t have any. That said, the convenience of the coffee machine and the selection of teas, which were both included in the cost is truly excellent. In addition, the water stations, ice machines and Washer & Dryer are another excellent touch. Laundry room is only located on the third floor, which wasn't convenient for those who stay on the other end of the building. Would be more convenient to have a laundry room on each side of the building, so you don't have to walk though the foyer with your laundry.

Location is simply perfect if you are a tourist in a radius of 15 min walk you are everywhere in London centre delightful. The presence of small kitchenette with fridge sink boiler and coffee machine is useful for light breakfast Nice building room are anonymous business room being internal was dark no sun.

Free water & unlimited amenities were very handy Unusual floor plan to find our room. Up and down stairs around corridors etc.

We loved the availability to have tea or coffee for free at any time. The hotel was clean and in a good location for seeing the London eye and Big Ben. Good nearby delicious restaurants and shoppings. The female staff were so lovely and helpful for my family. Maintenance staff fixed a problem for us in a timely fashion and were also very exceptional. The AC worked but did not sufficiently keep our room temperature cold enough to sleep comfortably. This is only a problem for people like us who are hot natured and traveling in the summer season. Breakfast was great but overpriced considering restaurants around the area.

I liked the lounge area and use of laundry. The bed was uncomfortable and pillows were too big for the bed and didn’t offer good support.
