Not the fault of the hotel, but because of the heat wave, I had to open the windows, and because of England's world cup victory over Norway, it got really loud at about midnight. But again, not the hotels fault. I'm pretty sure that it's otherwise relatively quiet as it was in the time during the match.

It was fairly close to where our tour began. The person at the desk was very helpful. The room was so hot but they got us a fan which helped quite a bit. The step-down from the bathroom is a little treacherous for older people.

Stairs to narrow to bring big luggage to the second floor

Close to Victoria Station. Room too small. It was not possible to move in the shower as it was on the WC. I do not recommend it at all. No place for a luggage and a backpack (simultaneously).

Staff was friendly. Clean room. Mattress was a bit thin and uncomfortable.
-
Bathroom tiny but very clean

It was handy for transportation and close to sights. It was extremely small. The shower in the bathroom encompassed the toilet!
-
Close to train station Tiny room/bathroom step up

The hotel is a minimal walking distance form Victoria Coach Station and the Victoria train station, also a walking distance from the major Westminster attractions. This was the biggest plus. The room was basic but warm and quiet. The bathroom is tiny.

The room wa too small

Easy entry with friendly staff. Great downtown location. Clean and comfortable. A little tight in the hallways and bathroom.
-
No fans available in the room for summer time.

Very small rooms but done the job it needed to do for an overnight.

Live all the ones around it, its old. The mattress was not the best and the shower was small but it was a private bathroom and we even had a desk with a kettle, coffee, tea, sugar and milk! Could benefit for a carpet change.

The hotel is one a quiet street away from the noise but close enough to walk to the shops and train station. Room was cleaned daily with 2 fresh towels provided. The internet worked well and the staff in front desk were nice and very helpful. Also, hot water was available in the bathroom with very good pressure. The rooms were not sound proof and i could hear almost everything in the next room. The stairs were narrow and carrying a suitcase on them was stressful but I got an offer from the front desk to help with my box.

Good location close to great restaurants and cafes. The cleanliness wasn’t great and safe were a little unfriendly apart from one bloke who was very helpful.
-
Small and simple within walking distance of any major attracions. Perfect for a safe and secure place to sleep with the family when you are out all day. Lack of free wifi.

Location was convenient Staff were very accommodating Very small bathroom. Leaking toilet (around the base) Internet didn’t work when used by multiple guests Carpet needed a clean or changing
