Great location and the rooms are very comfortable. Nothing really, the rooms are very comfortable for someone that is visiting London.

It was clean and location was good . We were given a room LG which was very dark . The noise outside the room in the morning where staff was collecting cleaning bits was awful chatting away before 8.am .

Comfortable and reasonably priced. Happy to be here for a second time. The manager was great about letting us leave our suitcase overnight. Our only issue with the hotel is that it is a bit far away from the center. That is absolutely, however, not the fault of the hotel.

Nice, quiet, very clean room with quiet aircon. Really nice area for London, and an easy walk from Euston station. Felt safe. I think the only thing would be that it would have been nice to have less bright lighting in the bathroom. Great to have a bath, but it's not like you could have a relaxing bath - far too much bright lighting. Also, we'd have included breakfast if it was more reasonably priced. As it is, there are plenty of coffee shops etc locally, so the hotel missed out on some extra income from us.

Location is good. Fritzovia is nice neighbourhood, and it’s close to center. It was clean and staff were nice. Our room was so small that we didn’t have space to open the suitcase. Even though it said in booking that it was 15 m2, it was at most 9 m2 all with walls. Only bad and barely the place to stand next to it. If you’re traveling with more then a backback, you’ll have to open suitcases on the bed.

The people were lovely, the room was clean and comfortable. My son is 18 months old and felt safe in the room, with the kettle kept away and cupboards were safe with those exploring hands. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and the staff were superb

Nice room.Lovely staff. Not fancy but comfortable. I would very much recommend it for people looking for good value who aren't concerned about being dead center in London. It is a bit far out from the center where we usually stay, which is obviously not remotely the fault of the hotel.

The location was great, very close to Soho, without the Soho pricing. I requested to switch rooms and was quickly accommodated. The AC worked well. There is a small bar. Good security, I always felt safe. My first room smelled a bit like sewage so I requested another room. I got a room on the ground floor which was much more spacious than my original room. The photos make the rooms seem a lot brighter than they actually are. The rooms are a bit dated.
