The property is good, but it is located in a very commercial and popular area at the end of Edgware Road. The area is quite rough and has safety concerns, which affects the property’s appeal and value. The hotel is very large, so it can take quite a long time to receive service.

Good location, close to underground but bit far from most of the sightseeing location. Housekeeping at this hotel has been extremely disappointing! The toilet was not cleaned and had blood stains on the toilet seat rim . The body wash wasn’t even refilled. The next day, our room still hadn’t been cleaned by 4 PM. When I called the front desk, I was told that, “for sustainability reasons, we don’t clean rooms every day” something I’ve never experienced despite travelling frequently. What made it worse was the staff’s attitude. When I asked for the room to be cleaned, I was rudely told, “You guys wait at the reception, we will clean it now.” I’m pregnant and travelling with a 4-year-old. We came back to the hotel at 4 PM specifically to rest, and instead of offering a solution, they expected us to leave the room and wait outside. No apologies from their side! Absolutely unacceptable housekeeping and customer service. Very disappointing experience.

Location The reception area . It was very intimidating . Lots of people all hanging around with suitcases and kids and people pushing in to talk to the staff when we were trying to check in . It felt like we’d come to a travel lodge

It was very central to the station and tube. Blocked sink in bathroom took ages to empty, forgot toothbrushes I rang down to reception 3 times for spare toothbrushes and they told me they were on way and no one came to deliver them very disappointed.

Loved the location with 2 train stations , restaurants and M&S stores at walking distance. A canal that is also nearby made evening strolls very pleasant. Will definitely choose the same hotel the next time we visit.
