Ideal location for the Palladium - a brisk 15 min walk. Having parking underneath the hotel was a real bonus and was very reasonably priced. No water in the bedroom.

A.C (much needed in this heat) Staff seemed they were given instructions not to smile or be nice- the who checked us in did not respond back to my greeting but on different time we asked him something he was himself and smiled and helped with pleasure. Same goes to another lady who smiled when we approached her, then it seemed she remembered she should and her smile shifted to frown ?. Anyways, the room and bathroom is a bit old. But who cares tbh the location is great and the a.c was a blast.

Central, quiet at night, ample space at breakfast Mattress on the bed was split and I had a very uncomfortable night. There was literally a break in the middle of the single mattress between the stuffing and spins. I was stuck in a very uncomfortable hole that poked me in the back.

Very quiet despite being in the center of it all, even on a night with a world cup win for England. Very clean. Staff pleasant.

The room was clean and tidy, and all the room facilities was very good to 4 stars hotel. Air condition in my kids room was faulty and not working it was down, and we forced to open the windows and the facility bring two fans.

Location We had a very disappointing experience at Holiday Inn Regent’s Park. We arrived around 11:00 PM to check in for our two booked rooms, only to discover that the air conditioning was not working in either room. The weather was extremely hot, and it was unacceptable to be given rooms without functioning AC, especially considering the high room rates and the significant amount we paid for our stay. What made the situation even worse was that the staff were already aware of the issue but failed to inform us at check-in. When we called reception, we were simply told that a fan was available. There was no sincere apology, no explanation, and no effort to offer an alternative solution or compensate us for the inconvenience. The customer service was poor, and the management appeared unprofessional and irresponsible. We expected much better from a hotel of this standard. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Just a drab gross hotel. Staff was rude at front desk. Ac not working during a heat wave. Staff lying about it when I called ahead to make sure it was working. Then forcing you to wait for it to be fixed at 9pm. Room was drab and not like pictures. Smelled of old towels. Overall just a bad experience.

The hotel was in a great location and very easy to access and find. The cleaning staff were phenomenal and it was an easy check-in and check-out process. Room was slightly larger than some I have been in when so central. You can also open the window!!! There was definitely some wear-and-tear to the room, which had seen better days. The bathroom was very tight and as I have some mobility issues form a knee injury, it was a little hard to navigate--especially when the bathroom door would not remain open. For example, I had to stand at the sink and use my own back to prop it open so I could wash my hands. You could truly have a foot in the tub, another in the toilet, and your head in the sink, if you wanted to :) . If you like to open the room's windows--which I do for fresh air--I would encourage you to ask for a low or higher number room. 423 faced right over the trash pick-up, which I swear went on for an hour.

The location (in terms of easiness to access public transport and other locations) and the overall stay was very good. There were homeless people around the hotel so felt a bit unsafe. But the biggest problem was the hotel staff was not friendly. They were laughing loud and enjoying together, but when we ask for something they were quite distant. Also had a problem check-in.
