No hot water to have a shower. Couldn't fill the kettle up properly, had to keep filling up a glass and pouring it in. No parking spaces as they were ment to be all reserved but there was clearly a space available!

Location for Shepherds Bush Hall Struggled to get the shower warm temperature
-
Location was awful it’s in the ghetto and got harassed walking down the road There was more things in the room that were broke than working. We stayed during heatwave and wings of fan fell off as soon as we turned it on. Shower door and toilet seat also hanging off. Check in meant to be 2pm but none of the rooms were ready by 2:30 and there was 4 parties waiting

Location to Paddington Station and Edgware Rd8 Room fan didn't work

Good location, friendly staff. Hard mattresses, tight on space

Staff were friendly and the location is pretty good if you want to get to Wembley, but an Uber is about 45 mins and will cost £30-40 depending on time. Checked in and dropped bags quickly before leaving. Came back around 23:00 and no staff at the desk, came into the room and realised the lock on the door was broken and missing a screw so you could probably give it a push and the lock would break open. The shower was broken and wouldn’t stay up and kept falling off and spraying water everywhere. The soap dispenser was empty and also broken so if you knocked it, it fell apart in the shower. Three of us staying in a room clearly designed for two but another bed had been crammed in. We were top floor and the room was about 30 degrees inside with two barely working desk fans that just blew hot air around. I went to get into bed, and the mattress collapsed, when inspected, the slats in the bed had been broken and then not been repaired so the mattress was just sat on the frame, meaning the bed was now at a massive angle and couldn’t be slept on so two had to cram in a single bed in the heat. Terrible stay, and when we got up we checked out as soon as we could. The room was incredibly tired, the artwork in the hallway had literal mould growing inside the frame, the carpet was ripped in multiple places. Dreadful.

Exceptional

The hotel was picked for its ease of commuting to wembly stadium. It was a very plesant walk to the station. The staff were helpful and friendly. Concidering our stay was during a heatwave, we were thrilled to find a fan in the room The size of the room was a little restricting but in terms of value for money I cant complain.
