Breakfast The room was good, except by dont have AC. Its summer, so sleep without AC is not so good.

Excellent location, staff were helpful and friendly and even let me check in early with no extra charge. Happy to store luggage the day of check out also. Breakfast was delicious and freshly made for you. The bed was not too comfortable and the room was definitely hot, the shower also drained very very slowly so you I did have to stop the shower a few times so it wouldn't overflow while washing my hair - but you get what you pay for and this room was perfectly comfortable for the price.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We were close to many restaurants. A mouse ran across our room floor. The staff apologized and had an inspector come the next day.

The location is handy for Euston but also within walking distance of all the main central attractions. The staff were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful, there was always someone on hand. The breakfast was good and the garden was lovely and cool for morning coffee. The room itself was very comfortable and included two floor standing fans which were a welcome addition in July. A lot of steps to the top floor

Location okay and I reached from Euston underground. Breakfast quite disappointed. Scrambled egg on toast texture of egg and toast not good. See above

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice, and good value. Room was spacious and as requested, at the back of the property so quiet. Location is excellent. The bathroom was not very clean, and with obvious repairs needed. It was during a heatwave, and the fan wasn't quite up to the job of cooling the room.
